These percentages are based on the the total room rate, not including taxes/fees. We will send the check to the charity or non-profit fundraiser for you. You don't have to accumulate a certain amount of money before we send a check. We also don't require that you have to make a certain amount of reservations in order to receive this offer. We'll send the check within 1 month from the time you check out.
This offer is available to anyone in the world. We'll charge $1.50 for processing fees for U.S.charities, $1.75 for Mexican and Canadian charities, and $2.00 for establishments in other countries.
If you decide to shop around on web sites, please deduct 10 percent from the posted rate on our site for an accurate comparison. If you do this, you'll see our prices are lower (10 percent lower as everyone almost always has the same exact prices).
Important: Simply send an email to cashback@lodgingsite.com with the words "Cash Back" in the subject field and mention the website of the non-profit group to send the check to. We will retrieve their mailing address. If they don't have a website, give us the name and mailing address. We'll use your email address to locate the transaction. If you're not using the same email address that you made the reservation with, then please state your full name and we will locate the transaction that way. You don't need to send another email when you make future reservations unless you want to change the organization to send checks to! If you know a non-profit organization that could use some extra money, please mention this fund raising opportunity to them. All they have to do is direct their members(and occasionally remind them) to use lodgingsite.com when making hotel reservations, and to designate their non-profit group to receive the 10% cash back!
